From understanding the mind to discovering what is before the mind.
Vimal Joshi is a Self-Inquiry Coach and Clarity Consultant whose work has evolved through decades of meditation, self-investigation and exploration of systems that seek to understand human experience.

What is it that we truly are?
For many years, Vimal explored meditation, mindfulness, yoga, astrology, Vastu, numerology, graphology and other approaches to understanding patterns of human life, behaviour, mind and experience.
Over time, the investigation moved deeper. If the body can be observed, thoughts can be observed, emotions can be observed and even our sense of identity can be examined — what is it that knows all of this?
That question became the foundation of his present work: self-investigation into Being, awareness and the nature of the experiencer.
Body. Mind. Emotions. Consciousness.
What we ordinarily call our personal existence can be understood as an interplay of the body, mind and emotional experience, with consciousness as the knowing of that experience.
Body
The physical organism through which we experience the world. It changes, moves and exists within time and space.
Mind & Emotions
Thoughts, memories, interpretations, feelings and reactions continuously arise, change and influence how experience is understood.
Consciousness
The fundamental knowing of experience: thoughts, sensations, emotions and situations are all known within awareness.
The changing and the unchanging.
Body, mind, emotions, circumstances and identities are in movement. They belong to the changing field of experience. Self-investigation asks whether Being itself can be understood as another changing object — or whether it is the foundation in which change is known.
Something is happening: a sensation, thought, emotion, perception or external situation.
The experience is not merely present; it is known. There is awareness of it.
The fact that an experience is known comes before the mind's story about what that experience means.
Awareness does not need another thought to prove that experience is being known.
The investigation turns attention toward what is already present rather than toward manufacturing a special state.
Different systems. Different lenses. One deeper inquiry.
Vimal does not treat astrology, Vastu, numerology, graphology, meditation or contemplative practices as identical systems. Each addresses different aspects of human experience. His journey through them eventually led to a more fundamental question: who is experiencing all of this?
Exploring patterns
Astrology, numerology, Vastu and graphology offered different lenses for examining patterns connected with human life, environment and behaviour.
Exploring experience
Meditation, mindfulness, yoga and contemplative practices opened direct observation of attention, thought, emotion and inner experience.
Exploring Being
Self-inquiry moved the investigation from the contents of experience toward the awareness in which those contents are known.
Make awareness practical without reducing it to another technique.
Vimal brings this exploration into modern life: mental overload, difficult decisions, emotional reactions, business pressure, conversations and restless nights. The emphasis is not on escaping life or suppressing thought, but on recognizing what is happening and what is aware of it.
